We welcome children but sorry, no pets.
Casa de la Luz is a non-smoking home for 4 guests maximum.
Check in time is 15:00 and check out by 11:00 on departure day although we will always try to accommodate any specific requests.
We ask for a 25% deposit with a completed booking form to reserve your holiday, with the balance due by bank transfer in Euros one week before you arrive. Cancellation policy: 48 hours after booking is free, we will return your deposit in full. Up to one week before arrival: 25% charge. After this no refunds will be given.
Additional fees: we ask for a security deposit when the balance is paid which is fully refundable on checkout assuming no mishaps. A non refundable cleaning fee of Euro 120 is also payable with the balance on your holiday.
